  • 1/8 tsp sweet paprika

Preparation
  1. Divide the ground beef into four even portions and shape each portion into a ball, ensuring smooth edges.
  2. Flatten the formed balls until they are about 3/4 inches thick and create a slight indentation in the center.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the salt, onion powder, and paprika. Generously season each patty.
Cooking
  1. For grilling: Preheat the grill to medium-high and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness.
  2. For pan frying: Heat a skillet on medium heat, cook patties for about 4-5 minutes per side until a nice crust forms.
  3. For air frying: Preheat the air fryer to 370°F and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
