  • 1 pound Boneless chicken thighs Can substitute with chicken breasts.
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups Rice (for serving) Fluffy rice pairs well with the dish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
Cooking
  1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the boneless chicken thighs. Cook until they are nicely browned on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  2. Once browned, pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken in the pan.
  3. Lower the heat and let the chicken simmer in the sauce until fully cooked through and the sauce thickens, around 5-7 minutes.
  4. Serve your delicious chicken thighs over rice and enjoy!

Notes
