- In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
Cooking
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the boneless chicken thighs. Cook until they are nicely browned on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Once browned, pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken in the pan.
- Lower the heat and let the chicken simmer in the sauce until fully cooked through and the sauce thickens, around 5-7 minutes.
