- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Toss the salmon cubes in the marinade until they’re evenly coated. Let them marinate for about 15–20 minutes.
Cooking
- Spread the marinated salmon in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving.

For an extra touch, finish the salmon under the broiler for a minute or two for a perfectly caramelized glaze. To store, refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
