Italian Chicken Potato and Green Bean Bake

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 pound red potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 14.5 oz canned green beans, drained
  • 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, potatoes, green beans, cream of chicken soup, milk, pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan. Stir until well coated.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
  5. Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and chicken is cooked through.

Notes
