- Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, potatoes, green beans, cream of chicken soup, milk, pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan. Stir until well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and chicken is cooked through.

Notes
Use fresh green beans for better texture, or try swapping in zucchini for a summer twist. Add mozzarella or extra Parmesan on top before baking for a cheesier version. To avoid over-browning, tent with foil halfway through baking if needed. Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
