Preparation
- Spread cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer deli meats, provolone cheese, olives, roasted red peppers, and shredded lettuce on top of the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
- Slice the rolled tortillas into pinwheels, about 1 inch thick.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
