  • 4 pieces Tortilla wraps Choose your favorite type, like whole grain or spinach.
  • 8 slices Sliced deli meats (salami, turkey, ham) Use a variety for flavor.
  • 8 slices Sliced cheese (provolone, mozzarella) Feel free to mix different cheeses.
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach or lettuce Use fresh for best results.
  • 1 cup Sliced tomatoes Choose ripe, juicy tomatoes.
  • 1/2 cup Olives or pepperoncini (optional) Add for extra flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing or pesto Spread evenly to avoid sogginess.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lay a tortilla wrap flat on a cutting board.
  2. Spread a thin layer of Italian dressing or pesto over the entire surface of the wrap.
  3. Layer with sliced meats, cheese, fresh spinach, and sliced tomatoes.
  4. Add sliced olives or pepperoncini if desired.
  5. Starting from one edge, tightly roll the tortilla wrap to form a pinwheel.
  6. Slice the rolled wrap into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Arrange on a platter and serve.
