Preparation
- Lay a tortilla wrap flat on a cutting board.
- Spread a thin layer of Italian dressing or pesto over the entire surface of the wrap.
- Layer with sliced meats, cheese, fresh spinach, and sliced tomatoes.
- Add sliced olives or pepperoncini if desired.
- Starting from one edge, tightly roll the tortilla wrap to form a pinwheel.
- Slice the rolled wrap into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange on a platter and serve.
