- Heat your skillet over medium heat and melt the tablespoon of butter.
- Lay down one slice of bread in the skillet and sprinkle half of your shredded cheese on top.
- Disperse the fresh blueberries over the cheese and finish with the remaining cheese.
- Cap everything with the second slice of bread.
- Cook until the bottom slice is beautifully golden brown, then carefully flip it to cook the other side until it's equally golden and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from heat, slice it up, and serve immediately while warm.
