- In a separate bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, cumin, and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the veggie mixture, and add the cooled pasta. Mix everything gently until well combined.
- Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
