Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup keto brown sugar Swerve
  • 1 cup keto-friendly chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. 1. Blend cottage cheese and vanilla until smooth.
  2. 2. Transfer to a bowl and mix in almond flour, protein powder, and sweetener.
  3. 3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. 4. Scoop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. 5. Bake at 350°F for 13–15 minutes.
  6. 6. Cool before serving.
