  • 1 cup Almond flour Can be replaced with coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the sugar-free sweetener and whisk until well combined.
  3. Gradually stir in the almond flour, mixing until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the edges of the pan, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the toffee mixture into a parchment-lined dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into desired pieces.
