- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until the mixture thickens and reaches a pudding-like consistency.
Serving
- Before serving, stir the pudding again to smooth out any settled seeds and taste; adjust sweetness if needed by adding a little more maple syrup or honey.
- Serve chilled, topped with fresh fruit, a drizzle of honey, or toasted nuts if desired.
