  • 8 oz spaghetti Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 cup heavy cream For a lighter option, substitute with Greek yogurt or coconut milk.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated melts better than pre-packaged.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking the chicken.
  • 1 Juice of 1 lemon Adds freshness to the sauce.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season to your preference.
  • Fresh parsley for garnish Add color and freshness before serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season chicken breasts generously with lemon pepper seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cooking
  1. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  2. Set chicken aside to rest.
  3. Boil spaghetti as directed on the package.
  4. In the same skillet, pour in heavy cream and add lemon juice and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
  5. Drain spaghetti and toss it in the sauce until well coated.
  6. Slice the chicken and position on top of the creamy pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
