Preparation
- Season chicken breasts generously with lemon pepper seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cooking
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Set chicken aside to rest.
- Boil spaghetti as directed on the package.
- In the same skillet, pour in heavy cream and add lemon juice and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
- Drain spaghetti and toss it in the sauce until well coated.
- Slice the chicken and position on top of the creamy pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
