- Press the mixture evenly into the pan using a buttered spatula or wax paper, avoiding pressing too firmly.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring in 20-second intervals until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the bars and finish with a sprinkle of lemon zest or curls of lemon peel.
- Let the treats cool and set for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
