Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • to taste salt & pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread tater tots evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and crisp.
  3. Remove the tots and immediately sprinkle shredded cheese and chopped bacon over the top while still hot.
  4. Return the tray to the oven for another 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Top each tot with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of green onions.
  6. Serve warm on a platter. Use toothpicks or mini cups for easy handling.
