  • 2 cups milk

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 3 medium ripe bananas, sliced use just ripe for best flavor
  • 1 package Nilla Wafers ensure they are fresh

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine vanilla pudding mix and milk. Whisk until smooth and thick.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well incorporated.
Assembly
  1. In a large serving dish, create layers starting with Nilla Wafers, followed by banana slices, and then the pudding mixture.
  2. Repeat layers until all ingredients have been used.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
