Dressing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, sliced red onion, crumbled feta, sliced olives, and sunflower seeds.
Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Combine and Serve
  1. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
