Cooking the Salmon

- Add the vegetable broth and lemon juice, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes or until the orzo is tender.
- Fold in the cherry tomatoes, lemon zest, and chopped parsley.
- Serve the orzo in bowls topped with the seared salmon.
