Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 4.5 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese (room temperature) Ensure it's at room temperature for easy blending.
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 0.5 cup sour cream Can substitute Greek yogurt for a healthier twist.
  • 10.5 oz can unsalted cream of chicken soup Can swap for cream of mushroom for a unique taste.
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp dried onion powder
Topping
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed) Don't skimp on the cracker topping for a delightful crunch.
  • 5 Tbsp butter (melted)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and cream of chicken soup until well mixed.
  3. Spread this creamy mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Topping
  1. In another bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Stir until all the crackers are coated.
  2. Evenly sprinkle the cracker mixture over the chicken mixture.
Baking
  1. Bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

Notes
