Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and cream of chicken soup until well mixed.
- Spread this creamy mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Topping
- In another bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Stir until all the crackers are coated.
- Evenly sprinkle the cracker mixture over the chicken mixture.
Baking
- Bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. Freeze the assembled (but unbaked) casserole for up to 3 months. Reheat by baking at 350°F.
