  • 8 pieces Sweet Hawaiian rolls These are the base for the mini grilled cheese.
  • 4 oz Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice) Feel free to mix different types of cheese.
  • 4 tbsp Butter Use room-temperature butter for easy spreading.
For seasoning (optional)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder Enhances flavor.
  • to taste Herbs (e.g., oregano, basil) Add to your preference for extra flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and lay the bottom halves flat on a baking sheet.
  3. Generously butter each of the bottom halves.
  4. Place a preferred slice of cheese on every roll half.
  5. If desired, sprinkle garlic powder or herbs on top for an added burst of flavor.
  6. Position the top halves of the rolls over the cheese and butter them thoroughly.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the tops are golden brown.
  2. Once done, take them out, slice as preferred, and serve warm.
