Ingredients
  

For the sandwiches

  • 2 tablespoons Butter For a perfect golden crust.
For dipping
  • 1 cup Tomato soup Warm for dipping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut the bread into heart shapes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and butter one side of each heart-shaped slice of bread.
Cooking
  1. Place the unbuttered side down in the skillet and layer cheese on top.
  2. Cover with another heart-shaped slice of bread, buttered side facing up.
  3. Grill until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is gooey, flipping only once.
Serving
  1. Serve warm alongside a bowl of tomato soup for dipping.
