  • 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup) Maple syrup can be used for a vegan alternative.
  • 1/2 cup protein powder Any preferred protein powder.
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup M&Ms (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds or flaxseeds Choose based on personal preference.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Gradually add in protein powder, chocolate chips, M&Ms, and chia or flaxseeds.
  3. Continue mixing until all ingredients are combined into a dough-like consistency.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the balls onto a baking sheet or plate.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
