Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar unfiltered with “the mother”
  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon
  • ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey optional
  • 1 cup warm water not boiling

Method
 

  1. 1. Add the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice to a mug.
  2. 2. Stir in the grated ginger and optional honey until dissolved.
  3. 3. Pour in the warm water and stir again.
  4. 4. Sip slowly on an empty stomach for best results.
