- If using whole dates, remove the pits and soak them in warm water for about 10 minutes to soften.
- Place the soaked dates, almond flour, and cocoa powder into a food processor. Blend until the mixture becomes a sticky dough.
- Using your hands, scoop out small amounts of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Place the formed bites on a plate or tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
