No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars

  • 1 cup almond flour gluten-free
  • 1/2 cup almond butter smooth for best texture
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or substitute with dried fruit or nuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until everything is well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the chocolate chips to distribute them evenly.
  3. Firmly press the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch pan, making sure it’s packed tightly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the bars to set.
  5. Once they’re firm, cut into bars and enjoy!

Notes
