  • 8 ounces 8 ounces pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or your favorite shape)
Cooking ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons olive oil (for sautéing garlic)
  • 4 cloves 4 cloves garlic, minced the star of the show!
  • 2 cups 2 cups milk adds creaminess
  • 1 cup 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated for that cheesy goodness
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté it for about 1 minute until it’s fragrant—watch it closely to prevent burning!
  3. Pour in the milk and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add the pasta to the pot and cook according to the package instructions, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  5. Once the pasta is al dente, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts into the sauce, creating a creamy texture.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve your pasta hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
