  3. Scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each ball into the chocolate, ensuring it is completely coated.
  6. Place the coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator until the chocolate sets.
