Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Spread the trimmed green beans onto the baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the beans, and toss in the minced garlic, salt, and pepper until everything is well coated.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the green beans.
Cooking
- Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the beans are lightly browned and fork-tender.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with lemon juice, and garnish with parsley.
- Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if desired. Serve hot!
