  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Use gluten-free breadcrumbs for a gluten-free version.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Substitute with non-dairy cheese for dairy-free option.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can substitute with half-and-half or cashew cream for a lighter or dairy-free option.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley For garnish.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
Cooking
  1. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. In a skillet, combine heavy cream and minced garlic over medium heat.
  3. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, stirring frequently.
  4. Serve the chicken topped with creamy garlic sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes
