- Once the mixture is combined, use your hands to form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the energy bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
- Store the energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will remain fresh for up to a week.
