- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the corn syrup with additional pecans, and spoon a small amount over each cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
