  • 8 oz Cream cheese Flavored cream cheese can be used

  • 12 oz Deli meats Choose your favorites
  • 2 cups Fresh veggies Bell peppers, spinach, or olives
  • 1 cup Fresh herbs Optional for extra flavor
Decorative Items
  • 1 piece Small star cookie cutter For the top decoration

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese across each tortilla.
  2. Layer your chosen deli meats over the cream cheese, followed by a selection of fresh veggies.
  3. Roll up the tortilla tightly, starting from one edge.
  4. Once rolled, slice the log into pinwheels about 1-inch thick.
  5. Arrange the pinwheels on a platter into the shape of a Christmas tree, with the larger pieces at the base and smaller ones on top.
  6. Use a small star-shaped cutout of a tortilla or cheese to place on top as a 'star.'
