Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded (low-moisture, part-skim)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • marinara sauce, for dipping

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pizza dough into a 10x14 inch rectangle.
  3. Stir melted butter, garlic powder, and oregano in a small bowl.
  4. Brush garlic butter evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese across the top.
  6. Lightly score the dough into sticks or leave whole for cutting later.
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust turns golden and cheese bubbles.
  8. Remove, cool slightly, then cut into pizza cheese sticks. Serve with marinara sauce.
