  • 1 cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla) Choose your flavor preference.
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (almond or peanut) You can also try cashew or sunflower seed butter.
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips Mini chocolate chips can be used as an alternative.
  • 2-4 tablespoons milk (or your preferred plant-based milk) Add gradually to reach desired consistency.

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder and rolled oats. Whisk until blended well.
  2. Add the nut butter and maple syrup to the bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Gradually mix in milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough reaches a thick, cookie-dough-like consistency.
  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  5. Taste the dough and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup if desired before serving.
