Homemade Chili Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper Optional for heat
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Stir in diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle in your Homemade Chili Seasoning mix and stir until the meat is evenly coated.
  4. Add tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, and beef broth. Stir until well combined.
  5. Stir in kidney beans and bring the chili to a gentle simmer.
  6. Let the chili cook for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until flavors deepen and texture thickens.

Notes
