  • 1 box mini phyllo shells (15-count)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened Soften fully for easier mixing.
  • 1/4 cup red pepper jelly Feel free to experiment with different types of jellies.
Garnish (optional)
  • to taste Fresh thyme leaves or chopped green onion For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange the mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet, ensuring they have space to bake properly.
  3. Fill each shell with about 1 teaspoon of softened cream cheese, smoothing the top slightly.
  4. Top each filled shell with approximately 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper jelly.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes or until the phyllo shells are crisp and the cream cheese is warmed through.
  2. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh thyme or chopped green onion if desired.
Serving
  1. Serve warm or at room temperature and watch them vanish!

Notes
