Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet, ensuring they have space to bake properly.
- Fill each shell with about 1 teaspoon of softened cream cheese, smoothing the top slightly.
- Top each filled shell with approximately 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper jelly.
Baking
- Bake in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes or until the phyllo shells are crisp and the cream cheese is warmed through.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh thyme or chopped green onion if desired.
Serving
- Serve warm or at room temperature and watch them vanish!

Store any uneaten bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, pop them back in the oven at 350°F for about 5 minutes to regain crispiness. Freezing is also possible; texture may change slightly upon thawing.
