  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets Ensure they are thawed if frozen.
For the filling
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Chilled for better whipping.
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Can experiment with other flavors.
  • 1 cup Fresh raspberries Can substitute with other berries.
For garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar Sprinkle on top before serving.
  • to taste Extra raspberries For decoration.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface. Cut them into rectangles.
  3. Bake the rectangles according to the package instructions until they are golden brown.
Filling Preparation
  1. While the pastry cools, whip together the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Assembly
  1. Once the pastry has cooled, layer the whipped cream and fresh raspberries between the pastry pieces.
  2. Finish with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and a few extra raspberries on top before serving.
