Baking
- Pour the rich, red batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking with a toothpick inserted in the center; it should come out clean.
Frosting
- While the brownies cool, prepare the cream cheese frosting by beating the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
- Add milk until you reach your desired consistency.
- Once the brownies are completely cool, spread the cream cheese frosting on top and cut them into squares.
