Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly before adding the next. Then, stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend this dry mixture into the creamed mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips, M&Ms, and sprinkles until evenly distributed.
- Using a rounded tablespoon, drop dollops of the cookie batter onto ungreased cookie sheets, leaving space between each for spreading.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the edges are golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on wire racks before serving.
