  • 1 package crescent roll dough Fresh dough for the best rise and flakiness
  • 2 links cooked sausage, crumbled Use your favorite type, whether pork or turkey
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled
  • to taste shredded cheese Optional but recommended for extra flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet, making sure to separate the triangles.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a pan until just set. Cook the sausage links and then crumble them.
  4. Mix the scrambled eggs and crumbled sausage together in a large bowl.
  5. Spoon the filling onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.
  6. Roll up the dough tightly around the filling, starting from the wide end.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the roll-ups are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy the delightful flavors!
