- Add the diced sweet potatoes and minced garlic, sautéing until the sweet potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.

- Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions, usually around 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and heavy cream, cooking until the spinach wilts.
