- Spoon the filling along the wide base of the dough ring, keeping the center clear.
- Fold pointed ends over the filling and tuck underneath the inner edge to form a wreath shape.
- Brush the dough with beaten egg and sprinkle with poppy or sesame seeds.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
