  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • olives (for eyes and nose)
  • bell pepper strips or pretzels (for mouth)
  • crackers, bread slices, or veggies (to serve)

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar, green onions, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Transfer mixture onto plastic wrap and shape into a skull or oval. Wrap tightly.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
  5. Unwrap and place on a platter. Decorate with olives for eyes and nose, and bell pepper strips or pretzels for a stitched mouth.
  6. Surround with crackers, veggies, or bread. Serve cold and enjoy!
