- Place boneless chicken in the slow cooker.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours or HIGH for 2 to 3 hours.
- Remove chicken when cooked, shred it with two forks, then return it to the sauce.
- Stir in the cornstarch slurry. Cook on HIGH for another 15 to 20 minutes until the sauce is thickened.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
