Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface, cutting it into rectangles.
  4. Spoon the spinach mixture onto each pastry piece.
  5. Carefully roll each piece into a pinwheel shape, ensuring the filling is enclosed.
  6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  7. Arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.
