  • 2 tbsp olive oil For searing the chicken.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, chopped spinach, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Using a sharp knife, carefully create a pocket in each chicken breast.
  4. Stuff each breast with the spinach mixture and secure with toothpicks if needed.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, and sear the stuffed chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and juices run clear.
