  • 1/4 cup vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the softened butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg, mashed banana, and vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the flour, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until combined.
  6. Carefully fold in the diced strawberries.
  7. Drop dollops of the cookie dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  2. Allow the cookies to cool before enjoying.
