These strawberry cookies burst with fruity flavor, combining strawberry cake mix with white and dark chocolate chips for a delightful treat.

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • optional Powdered sugar for dusting

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, large eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until everything is mixed well.
  3. Gently fold in both the white and dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Use a tablespoon to scoop portions of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are just lightly golden.
  6. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before carefully transferring them to a wire rack.
  7. If desired, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
