- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, large eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until everything is mixed well.
- Gently fold in both the white and dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Use a tablespoon to scoop portions of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are just lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before carefully transferring them to a wire rack.
- If desired, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
