  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • ¼ cup strawberry jelly

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a pie dish to create the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until set, then allow it to cool completely.
  5. Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until creamy and smooth.
  6. Gently fold in the whipped cream to add lightness to the mixture.
  7. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the cooled crust.
  8. Arrange the sliced strawberries neatly on top of the filling.
  9. Heat the strawberry jelly until it turns liquid, then brush it over the arranged strawberries.
  10. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
