  • 2 cups rice Chex cereal Recommended for light crunch
  • 3 cups Very Berry Cheerios
  • 2 cups pretzel twists or sticks Regular or gluten-free, broken up
  • 1 oz freeze-dried strawberries About 1 1/4 cups, lightly crushed
  • 9 oz white chocolate Use regular or dairy-free white chocolate chips/bars
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil Helps thin the chocolate; substitute vegetable oil if needed
  • to taste Sprinkles For topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine all cereals, pretzels, and freeze-dried strawberries in a large bowl.
  2. Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl in 20–30 second bursts, stirring in between, or over a double boiler until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture and gently fold to coat evenly.
  4. Fold in sprinkles and any optional mix-ins if desired.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes until set.
  6. Break into bite-sized clusters and serve.
