These festive cookies blend buttery flavors with crunchy pretzels and potato chips, enhanced by M&M's and white chocolate chips for a holiday treat everyone will love.

Ingredients
  

Cookie Base
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened Make sure your butter is at room temperature for easy creaming.
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs For egg-free version, use flaxseed meal or applesauce.
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour Can use whole wheat flour for a healthier option.
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix-Ins
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips
  • 1 cup M&M’s Feel free to substitute with another type of candy.
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips Can substitute with dark chocolate for a richer taste.
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles Add festive fun!

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to your creamed mixture.
  5. Gently fold in the crushed pretzels, potato chips, M&M’s, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles until evenly combined.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  2. Let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
